Sea Gate Condo a luxury condo on Longboat Key in Sarasota Florida is a 15 story building with repeat blockages over the past several years.  Plumbers have had no success cleaning the kitchen stacks.  Unit owners were plagued with repeat blockages and soap suds.  Baron's Jet Tec pressure jet cleaned the entire sink stack from the roof out to the main sewer.  

Stacks were video inspected to confirm that piping was brought back to their original inside diameter.

The above is a 4" cast-iron pipe over 20 years old.  The pipe is full of grease, scale and mineral deposits.  The open flow was less than 1.5 inches.  After Baron's Jet Tec pressure jet cleaned the stack, the pipe was brought back to the original inside diameter.
